〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕遭中國「逮捕」的台灣人權工作者李明哲，11日將於湖南岳陽法院開庭，媒體報導，從今（10）天上午開始，湖南岳陽法院外便有許多員警穿梭及車輛進出，和一般週日閒散的狀況不同；而在台灣媒體應對上，北京當局則展現出「親疏有別」的安排，顯現出防止李明哲案效應擴散的痕跡。

根據《中央社》報導，李明哲以「顛覆國家政權」的罪嫌被中國逮捕，一審將在湖南省岳陽市中級人民法院審理，但週日理應閒散的法院，今天上午卻有車輛進去、警員穿梭，顯見氣氛和平常不同。

李明哲案受到台灣社會關注，也吸引許多台媒前往岳陽採訪，雖然中國沒有阻攔，但北京方面透過岳陽台辦，把駐京台媒做出「親疏有別」的安排。

報導提到，一部分台媒被安排在同一飯店住宿，初步規劃其中有2人可進入法院旁聽；其他的台媒則被安排到離法院較遠的地方，開庭當天上午以收看同步轉播的方式，了解狀況。

陸委會9日深夜表示，李明哲的母親郭秀秦、妻子李凈瑜確定可成行，原定要和李凈瑜一同赴中國的律師洪主民，因沒有可進入中國的證件，中方表示趕辦不及，改由律師范值誠陪同；李母由律師胡原龍及海基會高級專員丁美君、李庭宇全程陪同赴中。

針對中國對台媒做出「親疏有別」安排一事，台灣資深媒體人朱建陵今在臉書透露，《中央社》屬於「其餘的台媒」，這引發許多網友好奇「可進入法院旁聽的2人，到底是哪間台媒的」？
